Cedar Walls and Candlelight

The White Chapel is solid cedar: walls, beams, ceiling. You feel it the moment you walk in. Crystal chandeliers hang overhead, natural light fills the room, and the scent of wood settles everything. Arch, curtain, and cross backdrop options frame the ceremony. Balcony seating supports musicians or photographers, and the mahogany doors make the entrance.

Dinner, Toasts, Dancing in Our Vintage Hall

Mahogany French doors open into a chandelier-lit hall with unobstructed sightlines and room for up to 230. Dinner flows to toasts. Toasts flow to the dance floor. A vintage bar anchors the room, and the lighting dims to match the mood.

The Saloon

Restored wood, period fixtures, and a full bar behind a real saloon counter. Cocktail hour starts here during Sycamoreville receptions, with bar tables, stools, appetizer stations, and hotel rooms upstairs. Between moments, guests drift in for a drink and do not want to leave.

Where the Day Begins

A Victorian bridal cottage with a full bridesmaids makeup room, floor-to-ceiling mirror, ready room, parlor, kitchen, and Mimosa Bar. The groom and groomsmen get their own private Jail space with arcade pinball, foosball, and sports on TV.

Keep Everyone Close

Your wedding party sleeps on the property. Tiny Texas Cottages scatter across the grounds. Sycamoreville hotel rooms face the town center. Stay the night before, walk to rehearsal. Stay the night after, use the private Saloon lounge, and wake up for brunch together at Pine Street Cafe.

: Depends on where you host. The Chapel and Reception Hall each hold 200+. Sycamoreville fits up to 500 outdoors. Outdoor ceremony sites range from 100 to 250. We'll help you figure out the right configuration on your tour.
: Tables, chairs, linens (you pick the color), plates, silverware, glassware, and a wedding coordinator who works with you from booking through the day of. Details vary by package. We'll walk you through everything at your tour.
: Deposit is due at booking and is non-refundable. We offer monthly payment plans. We accept cash, check, or credit. Card payments carry a 4% processing fee.
: Yes. The Chapel and Reception Hall both seat 200+. If your guest count is over 200, we may need to adjust the layout, but we'll work it out with you. No one gets rained out.
: Yes. Rehearsal gets one hour. If you're doing a rehearsal dinner too, we extend the time. Morning-after brunch is available as well.
: All catering is done in-house by Pine Street Cafe. We don't allow outside catering unless it's a type of cuisine we've never prepared, and that would be a specific conversation, not a blanket policy.
: If you're already booked, tastings are free. Before booking, we charge a tasting fee based on the meal type.
: Yes. Let us know what they are and how many. We'll adjust the menu.
: We provide all beer, wine, and champagne. For liquor, one designated person brings it in and that same person leaves with it. We serve everything. Open bar and cash bar options available. Some packages include open bar.
: Yes. Just let us know and we'll remove the cake from the package.
: Yes. The venue has built-in decor that may be enough on its own, but you're welcome to add florals, centerpieces, and other personal touches. We also have a decor room you can schedule time to browse.
: Fake-flame candles only. Sparklers yes. Fireworks no. Lawn games available as an add-on. Anything beyond that, just ask. We're usually accommodating but need to approve ahead of time.
: Heaters are available to rent from us. We don't provide umbrellas.
: We have a preferred vendor list. They know the property and meet our standards. You can use your own vendors too, just let us know so we can coordinate. The only exceptions: linens and catering must go through us.
: Yes. Every wedding package includes a coordinator who works with you during planning and is on-site day of.

: We have a bed and breakfast on-site that sleeps 16. Discount available for booking all rooms. For larger groups, we have partner hotels within 10 minutes and provide their info in your booking packet.
: Yes. Ramps where necessary. Riley's Inn (our largest room) is fully ADA compliant.
: After midnight, volume comes down. We rarely have issues.
